The best and only cultural center in the district, in good condition in the era of the USSR, there is a cinema where they show mainly cartoons, sometimes all sorts of events and circles are held here. If you do not want to take your child somewhere on a holiday, then here he will enjoy, especially in winter.

An attempt to combine the Soviet principles of existence of cultural institutions, using market methods of doing business, is not very productive. The combination of state-owned enterprises with the surrounding market environment here does not give the necessary results for a decent existence.
