This is not my first time in this service, the first time the wrong diagnosis was made to the car, after a while I made the correct diagnosis in a cheaper center, the second time they took a lot of money for lifting the car. Conclusion price-quality ratio is not in favor of the client

Appealed about the painting of body elements. There are no particular questions regarding the quality of the painting - I noticed only one small defect in painting such as grains of sand, albeit in a prominent place, the defect is very small, so do not care (drove in the rain, a little dust and could not find this joint). That’s why there are only 3 stars: the work must be done to the end, namely: they didn’t plug in the headlamp connector, I had to go under the casing myself and look for why the headlamp does not work and the door’s internal card was very dusty - eliminate it and wipe it with a damp cloth .. Is it really so difficult that it’s better to give the client a car with a dirty, dirty interior? Whether it was dirty themselves, during the assembly - disassembly. At the same time, they suggested driving the “body, floor mats” to the sink before delivery, what is the point of such a washing - the outside is a clean car, the inside is dirty. This approach is more like a garage service, but not like a professional service center, where there should be an internal acceptance of work. I myself did not immediately pay attention to it, because I took the job - the external color of the body parts, and at these points I paid attention later.
