On October 6, I signed up for this "beauty salon" for a haircut at 18:00. Came on time, the master and hostess greeted positively. To which I heard the phrase of the master who cut my hair "sorry, I do not speak Russian well, but I understand you" ... well, I think, okay. The main thing is to understand me ... let's go wash your hair, the water was hot, I told her that it was hot, but apparently she still did not understand Russian specifically ... sat down for a haircut and then it started ... hair clips were ordinary hairpins "crocodile", which terribly pulled my tangled hair, since the master did not wash them with balm, which was included in the cost of services ... then the horror began, otherwise I will not say ... she began to level the length from behind and began to cut everything that she it seemed "superfluous", after sitting in a chair and seeing a difference of several centimeters, I made a remark, to which she began to "level" and cut me a total of 5-8 cm from all sides ... these parameters are not accidental in such a difference, because at home with a ruler I measured the difference and on each side it was 3 cm.When she walked 8 circles on my head, I said that it was enough, for which she took out scissors for filing, I asked not to mill, to which she said: I a little bit, see "on the one hand she took 1cm for thinning, on the other hand about 3 ... I asked to stop this process and called the owner of this "salon" to evaluate the work of the master, not holding back tears ... girls, I beg you not to visit this salon !!!! If you respect yourself and your time. The hostess reassured me, saying how difficult it is now with recruiting staff and invited me to come to the "normal master" on Saturday, October 8, to which I initially agreed. I left without paying and in tears. At home, my husband strongly recommended not to go for a second haircut in this place, since you can't step on the same rake ... even in the summer, when I came there for a pedicure, I appreciated the color of the workers in this salon, when the manicurist cut off all my fingers and took this is the full cost of services. It’s a pity that it’s impossible to go to a salon near the house to get a haircut and have to go to the center to a really beauty salon. Score -0 !!!!
