The task was to remove the unpleasant odor from the sofa, which without dry cleaning, as the specialists assured, is impossible. There were no visible signs of dirt on the couch. The dry cleaning process took about 2 hours. After the master left, a pleasant chemical smell remained in the room. Immediately after cleaning, an unpleasant odor was not felt, since all odors killed chemical agents. On the third day, the smell of chemistry was gone, but the unpleasant smell remained. The company did not cope with the main task. We do not recommend this dry cleaning. We put one star, if we couldn’t put it, we wouldn’t.
