I ordered a carpet dry cleaner in this company. They took the carpet on 08/22/2020. We left a receipt for 2500, this amount was negotiated when ordering. On August 27, 2020, they called in the evening and said that the carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and therefore the cost of cleaning would be increased to 3500 rubles. I refused to pay the increased rate because when ordering everything was agreed and no changes in prices were indicated. I was surprised that the employees discovered this only 5 days after the carpet was taken out, that is, it turns out that it was just lying around for 5 days, and then suddenly they saw that it needed to be cleaned and began to demand additional costs (apparently clean carpet!!!). In the future, the employees simply refused to comply with the terms of the contract and decided to return the uncleaned carpet to me. I am outraged by this attitude towards customers, I think it is unacceptable and of course I will give negative reviews about this company. There are a dozen other more worthy companies than this! Don't contact them if you don't want to waste your TIME and NERVES!

Disgusting dry cleaning. Three times they brought a carpet and each time it became more and more dirty! This is how to treat their customers do not care, to be rude too ??? ... Do not contact this organization !!! There are many other good dry cleaners in Yaroslavl! And first of all, read the reviews !!! and don’t take anyone’s word !!! Here they advised us, and the result: a ruined carpet that smells of dirt, mold and don’t understand what! + a huge stain and a lot of spent nerves ... I'm generally shocked to be honest ... If you called yourself a dry cleaner, please be kind to do your work in good faith !!!! I want to say thank you only to those people who bring carpets, very nice, not conflicting and cultural people, unlike others ....
