I called the manager, she said that this is not the first case and try to send everything quickly. 06/22 I got through and they assured me that they sent me on 06/19, although this is not true. Today 06/26/20. The bolts have not been sent, they are not communicating, i.e. letters do not answer and letters too. I don’t know where to go. Advise someone what to do?
