Really needed my clothes refreshed - was worried about the language barrier. They had a plastic card in English showing the services offered. I paid extra to have the staff do it for me while I went to the Fabrege Museum. Totally worth it. If you have requests for temperature etc try to have it translated before you get there - they are in a basement and I got almost no service - but we worked it out.

I was in urgent need of doing laundry and found this place by chance. Very clean, reasonably priced and the lady was extremely lovely and helpful. They provide a explanation card if you don’t speak Russian which is simple and straight forward. Clothes were clean and done within two hours which you can leave and come back when you’re ready! Big thumbs up!

Excellent place. The lady in charge of the store moved the loads from the washer to the dryer for us, allowing us to go away and come back!

Perfect, although the opening time Sunday today was a bit strange, 12.30pm instead of 10am. Morning drop off for 5kgs is 280, afternoon/early evening is 330. The kiosk does not give out change but does accept notes and coins. If in doubt the lady on site will be happy to help.
