As a result, a yellowish spot formed on the blue lining right behind on the butt. I decided to clean it all the same, although there was not a speck outside. I gave it away, at the time of delivery I asked to clean only the lining. In the end I got it. The pile of the coat is completely worn out, there is no shine left, the seams on the sleeves and pockets are worn out. The fabric has become soft, does not hold its shape. The new coat looked like a worn one and moreover worn for more than one year. Why was it so hard to rub an absolutely clean and new cloth !? What an indifferent, hands-on employee. There even the slot was sewn up and the pockets were sewn from the factory and the tag on the coat hung (by the way, it was cut off and never returned). I am not exaggerating, because there was a belt from a coat left at home, I did not take it to dry cleaning and I have something to compare with. I don't even know what to do and where to complain and in general! You cannot return the look of the product, it was bought in an expensive store in another city. Honestly, I understand that this is just a thing, but I was looking for a coat, and on a business trip in another city, suddenly there was both quality, color and style, and although it was not cheap at all, I bought it because the thing is good and not for one season! It's a shame to tears.
