Doubted the competence of the dry cleaning staff. The penguin's website states that dry cleaning is performed in accordance with the recommendations on the labels. I brought a new down jacket (there were small spots on the sleeves), which I wore for 1 season, and even then I did not wear it every day of the season, because the winter of 2019-20 was very warm. Dry cleaning is indicated on the label, and I was also warned about this when buying. Because the product has a protective impregnation. Firstly, in the end, the dry cleaner told me that we would "wash" it and that the manufacturer did not write correctly on the label. The cost of this service is 1100 rubles. There are laundries where a comprehensive washing and drying of a down jacket costs 490 rubles. Secondly, an incorrect description of the thing was made in the offer agreement. After reading it, you might think that the down jacket is 10-15 years old and has no living space on it. As if it is soiled and torn to the extreme. Thirdly, the service is ready in 2 weeks. "Stretch" for 1100 rubles. after 2 weeks from the date of delivery. In general, this is some kind of misunderstanding, not dry cleaning. I do not recommend taking your things there. Some disadvantages.
