I contacted this dry cleaning. The result is a spoiled winter jacket, the price of which is considerable. Since I applied in advance, a couple of months before the season, the result was found only after some time and it makes no sense to present a claim. In fact, as a result of some actions, in this dry cleaning, the lining on the back between the outer and inner layers on the jacket was torn off and the winter jacket was turned into a spring one, since it now feels like it is walking in one jacket in the cold.
