original dry cleaning, does not take things and does not offer solutions: 1) at first I tried to pass ecco sneakers heavily stained with dirt, not the worst shoes, right? Nevertheless, they refused to take it, they said no skin, and we don’t work with it. it encouraged me to tell you to wash everything yourself, everything went fine with a sponge and warm water 2) the topman jacket got dirty in something oily. the answer was: we don’t work with this, the dry cleaner will not take it, in the end, again, he washed it himself, using tar soap carefully. appealed both times in 2017-2018, Thank you for developing our skills and saving your wallet!

Dry cleaning - quality at a height of 5 points. Things were neatly packed in branded bags. The price is pleasant. But the service is very weak. Sovetepovskie aunts with the appropriate approach and a pile of papers for the signature - obviously not in the direction of the client. For example, they put 60% wear, although things are only a couple of months and it's like new. Plus a lot of unnecessary rules. Apparently the company has a sad experience with the courts - but this does not mean that the rules have to poke every client with the requirements to sign something they disagree with? What also unpleasantly surprised me is the absence of notices. I honestly forgot that I had to pick up things, but no one called and sms-notification did not come. Although already all companies use applications such as yclients.
