Until recently, was pleased with the laundry service. But the last time got someone else's towels, instead of their own. Made a claim, took as a sample another of my towels. So, lost three towels. Still no reaction. But you could call, apologize and agree on how they will solve the problem. After all, one must think about their reputation. In the era of the Internet reviews become available to many.
