He gave the down jacket, it was a greasy stain, they didn’t clean it, they said that the manufacturer’s marking did not allow dry cleaning, and therefore they did just a water brush and the stain did not go away, but when I handed it over they didn’t say anything about it, although the employee inspected the down jacket! After washing, the down was empty in some places, the fluff inside the lumps had to be distributed by hand. In general, I do not recommend this service. With the same result could wash in a home typewriter.
