Disgusting institution, boorish attitude. We handed over the wedding dress to the dry-cleaner, promised that it would be ready in a week. They came in 10 days, they did not return it to us with the words: "Are you going to get married again? Where are you in a hurry? Come back in a week." We returned a week later, the dress was not ready. Since I needed to leave, I asked to be brought home to my parents. Another two weeks passed. No dress. Mom called to ask when he would finally be brought, the answer followed: "Come yourself to get your dress." I do not know which village the interlocutor is from, but addressing a person in a boorish way and using "You" is the height of bad manners. We do not know why it took such a long time to clean the dress; perhaps the item was rented out without our knowledge. We strongly do not recommend using the services of this institution, there are many other ateliers in the Moscow region.
