I asked to show it, but he could not find it and began to give out a spot for a hole (I swear!). After a little argument, the manager admitted that it was a stain. After 5 days, they gave me a shrunken jacket with a non-washed stain (other). When asked why the stain was not removed, the manager began to clean the stain with a roller, which removed the wool from the clothes (I swear!). After that, I decided that it was useless to swear with such people and at home I removed the stain with a brush with soft bristles.

We do not give guarantees for stain removal, and generally any dry cleaning service will not give you such a guarantee .. " 4) And finally, you just like to listen to the derogatory comments of the staff when accepting your clothes. Only in this dry cleaning will everyone let you know (and in a word) that you are a complete loser who can’t afford to wear expensive, high-quality natural fabrics and use the services of this wonderful establishment weekly. Anyway, go in poor quality synthetics to make it easier to wash and iron at home. I sincerely hope that only me was not so lucky with the quality of the service, and all the other clients of this dry cleaning service, regular and not very, have never encountered this. p.s.
