Honest review, after Triton conscientiously approached the client with the aim of fixing the jambs. I signed up for a dry cleaner. Upon receipt of the machine, the following works were agreed: - Body wash is usual; - Interior vacuum cleaner; - Dry cleaning of rear sofa elements; As a result, of the above, only the vacuum cleaner service is adequately performed. Pros: - A well done carpet vacuum cleaner; - After a disgusting dry cleaning, they contacted me and offered to redo it, naturally free of charge, and they took into account all the wishes; Minuses: - Since there were serious complaints about the dry cleaning service, it was redone again, but the next day, the divorces appeared, of course, better than they were, but I expected a completely different result; - "acceptance of the car" in a dark parking lot; - Cash payment; - no checks; - touched (changed adjustment) rear-view mirror and front headrest; - the sink was not impressed. 3 points for company feedback. I understand up to one point, after the correction, we want to dry clean again (result in the last photo)

You just had to wash the car from above. They say on the phone 450 rubles for a car wash, in fact when you arrive it turns out that the car wash costs 790 rubles. It's unpleasant. Was washed well, I can't say anything, but the cost is too high, to put it mildly. It is unlikely that I will still use the services of this company.

I am a regular customer (at least I was). The story is fresh, today's))) It was recorded already yesterday at 17-30. And I know that a standard suite takes 1 hour. I arrived at the place at the specified time. The young man asked the administrator to wait. I waited 7 minutes while he was talking to the client. When the car was handed over, he said that the wash would take 1 hour and 20 minutes. I asked to try for an hour. Okay. I went to the store, returned after 10 minutes, and no one touched the car. I asked the administrator why this is so? To which I received the answer that some of the boxes were broken. But then the question arose, was it really impossible to warn about this !? I value my time and yours. Having received no answer from the administrator, I asked the same question again. To which I received a verbatim answer: - You have no one to talk to? Or leave the car or pick it up. Customer focus is the level of God👍 I think that it is not normal to communicate with customers like that. And with people in general. The administrator's name is Artyom. As a result, the car was washed in an hour. Well, how washed. See photo😁 To my question: What is this ??? The answer was that this is normal for a contactless suite😂😂😂👍 And I always wash my car like that at this car wash, but I never got such "quality". In general, of course, I cannot recommend this sink. It's all very bad. And at the beginning of her activity she was one of the best☝️

I used a car wash for a promotion, perhaps there was a reason. The service was: Lux, how it differs from other names, see the website. The service was provided for 349 rubles (a promotion for those who have never been) Until that moment I thought that promotions were needed to attract customers, but it doesn't work like that! I don't mind paying the full price if the job is done well. But here it is made the way I wash myself on a contactless one for 150r. The attitude is so-so: at the end of the work they did not call and did not report, waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. I asked to call after the end of work. During this hour and 20 minutes, the following actions were taken: The car was washed with water (not dried, the reason: there is no degreasing in the suite, it must be negotiated in advance, but in the process, do not call and offer. This all goes to the attitude.) We wiped the glasses well from the inside and outside, it was very important for me, here I put 3 stars! But the car itself was not wiped off, since the body was not degreased and the dirt remained on the body and if you rub it with a rag, you can damage the paintwork. The rubber carpets were also washed with water, after they dried, the dirt was visible ... The boot wash service was not included, but they opened it! What were they doing there? I dont know. They drove my car without my permission. Waiting area: you don't want to wait there, the smell of the parking is 100% for fans of exhaust gases. I have not read the menu. STSka was not asked and did not show. Reception of a car: it's just the bottom! You carry out the inspection yourself. You move the columns, to leave, yourself, a rag at your feet, no, you haven't heard ... Lighting!!!! The lighting is just below the bottom, beautiful, on top of the lamp, how fashionable it is to do! It looks cool, but there is no lighting on the side, and what is there? You will see, if you only shine a lantern! And when I drove out into the street, I saw wild streaks of mud from a stream of water, a roof streaked with drops. Wheels and disks did not consider, scored on it! I thought to myself, a miser pays twice! But I will not go back and think that they will do better! There are many competitors! Bottom line: washing according to the action - fire !!!

Excellent sink! At prices, in principle, a little more expensive than average, but a high-quality approach justifies it! Will come again. PS. It is advisable to sign up earlier, especially during the season. PSS also keep in mind that parking from the 3rd hour is paid. With a Lux sink, you may not be able to meet it.
