I thought that it was necessary to put perchlore chemical on it, it turned out ... culturally saying that it didn’t. Like this. And here they cleaned it - perfect! WARNING FRAUDERS! The down jacket was ruined by an exclusive double-sided down jacket (photo attached), which cost more than 10,000 rubles. He handed over a down jacket for washing, the tag says “gentle hand washing” and “dry cleaning is prohibited” (in the attached image). Instead, the down jacket was sent to dry cleaning, which is confirmed by the receipt upon receipt (image attached). The down jacket was with a pattern on both sides, the pattern was partially gone. They began to explain that the contractor had mixed up something, but they had nothing to do with it. The owner Stanislav offered compensation in the amount of 3,000 rubles. When I was ready to agree to the conditions he himself proposed, Stanislav stopped using the phone. I had to call from another number to hear a new offer. I must give him the product (a down jacket cost more than 10,000 rubles. !!!) and only in this case he is ready to compensate 3,000 rubles. Down jacket a little over a year, worn for 1.5 seasons and give it away for 3000 rubles! Who will agree to this? He also proposed the option of conducting an examination, and if in some way I can prove that they removed part of the decorative pattern from the down jacket because they were incorrectly cleaned, then I will pay 2500 rubles. Just a mockery! I do not recommend anyone contact this network! And to you Stanislav, I’ll say that being a decent person in the long run is much more profitable.
