Upd 26.09.20 decided to give the place a second chance and brought them a suit (pajak and trousers). I was told that they themselves do not clean but take it somewhere and therefore will not do it earlier than a week. I put 1, they themselves can not do anything, and what they can do badly.

The jacket after dry cleaning is all in puffs, inside everything is turned upside down, they found all the houses, so it was in a bag and was not checked in a hurry. Employees tried to turn everything out, supposedly it was her that brought it, they took away the receipt (they did not immediately convey the value to it), then they wrote in it that there was a defect, they went more than once (3 or 4 times) to pay for some compromise solution and eventually offered a free next dry cleaning. Of course it's good that something was suggested, but I would like to see that there are no such situations, but if they occur, so that the issues are resolved more civilized. The score was taken for this situation, but I repeat once again that I personally took things 5 ​​times and there were no problems. As a result, you can take things for cleaning, but you need to be careful as everywhere else.
