No one answering i try last few days to call but nobody answer very bad

You come up to the turnstile and right off you are met by a rough voice of a cattle, who is not able to listen to you, but simply “politely” asks you to leave the turnstile. On the website, however, it is impossible to make an appointment, as there is no choice of date. The sim cards of the numbers listed on the site were most likely thrown into the trash, otherwise it cannot be explained why they cannot be reached. 10/10

I've been trying to get to the embassy for a month now. This is some kind of horror. It is not realistic to call them. Get the example of the same story. You need to register on the site. I sat at the computer for 2 weeks, the impression was that the site did not work, I tried to sign up in St. Petersburg, it worked, but the St. Petersburg document does not work in Moscow. I went to the embassy again. Again I spoke on the intercom - again they sent me to the site. I stood there, talked to the "happy", they suggested that it is possible to sign up at 00:00 if you are lucky. I spent 2 more weeks on the site at night and nothing. (as in a joke: - come tomorrow, and I can come only today)

It is impossible to register on the site! Not during the day, not at 00:00! The phone is not answering! The email was answered once and sent to the site, subsequent emails were not answered! How to solve pressing problems when this structure does not give any feedback ???

It is unrealistic to call the hotline. I came with my legs - they unrolled it, they told me to apply on the website, which is indicated in the ad on the facade of the building. I went to the site - it redirects to some new one, working in beta mode. And you can submit a simple application only from December 1. That is, even with an urgent matter, as in my case, there is simply no way to carry out everything quickly. Shame and shame !! In such desperate and difficult times, working like that in a moronic way is just the apogee of idiocy.
