I handed over a winter jacket, hoping to get back the same, but clean. But the internal filler crumpled (although the cleaning seemed to be dry). Moisture treatment was also a plus, but it seems to me that this is just a marketing move for logging additional 300 rubles from customers. Very disappointed! It would be better to add these 1300 to a new jacket ... ☹️ I do not advise you to contact this dry cleaning service because it makes no sense to pay such an amount for regular washing!
