We are currently resting at this hotel. Lovely, beautiful, calm, quiet hotel! We are resting for the second time in this hotel. The food is excellent breakfast, lunch, dinner, we don't even have time to get hungry) the chef this year is much better! ! The food is varied! Thanks to the boys Egor and Svyatoslav, they are very polite, fast, neat. The administrator at the Bagration restaurant is a very kind girl, polite and always helps if you have any questions. This year the animation is better 👌🏻 compared to last year, but we must not stop, but only improve the progress. The pool is gorgeous, kids splash in the afternoon. The beach is certainly not private, since our Russian people do not understand that there is a private beach here, and they fit underfoot) There is a singer in the hotel. And so discos, Fun, noise, can be obtained outside the territory of this hotel. The most great place with children. For all the time spent in hotels with health, everything is fine for both adults and children. The main thing is your mood) Thank you very much to Lydia Petrovna and Victoria for such a wonderful hotel! I am sure that next year we will return here 😉

Vacationing with my family in July. In principle, relatively not bad. The sea is nearby, the pool. Otherwise, so-so. The food is monotonous, I didn't want to look at it at the end of the rest. If in the first rows I didn't have time to In the dining room (restaurant), then there is no choice. There are no dishes or microwave in the room. In the hotel itself, there is not even an iron, no washing machine. They write off the ban of Rospotrebnadzor, so if anyone is going there, take everything with you and a bigger wardrobe .When checking in, by mistake overpaid an extra five thousand. When we figured it out, we turned to the administrator, wrote a statement. They promised to return. But they cheated. You call, they promise to translate. But the matter does not go beyond promises. Tried to contact an accountant - useless. He does not answer calls, SMS too. You can't get rich by five thousand, but you ruined your reputation. I will definitely not go to them again and I will not advise others.

We rest from 06/27/2020 big problems at the hotel with the service, when no one arrived, the administrator for some reason was absent, although she knew in advance when we would arrive, and we sat for 30 minutes at the room and waited for her to bring the keys, which, unfortunately, did not work. We had three meals a day, lunch from 13.00. until 2.30 p.m. if you come to dinner at 13.00., then you stand in line for about 20 minutes and wait when you put the second one, if you arrive at 14.00., you don’t get any food at all, dinner was from 17.30 to 19.00. arrived at 18.00., but it turns out the cook did not have time to cook, and they said that dinner would be in 30 minutes. I will dwell on food separately, there is no menu, sheer savings on food, pilaf almost without meat, for dinner they gave village potatoes and two pieces of herring, fruits give half apricot per person and half an orange slice per person. The rooms are not cleaned, they lived a week and until they themselves called the administrator, they did not even change the bed linen. There are no entertainments at the hotel, although animation was announced on the site. Generally think before you go here.
