They promised to clean the carpet in 5 days, almost 2 weeks have passed - the carpet has not yet been returned, they promise to call back all the time. Update: the carpet was returned after 10 business days, instead of the promised 5-6 business days. Cleaned well, but not satisfied with the timing.

The chair was simply beaten enough by life (a favorite place for guests, two owners and two cats), the sofa survived communication with a kitten not yet accustomed to the tray.
