The service stated that this is a factory defect and just put the pedal back on the glue! He also said that this model is very fragile and so on ... They also recognized that it is better not to listen when buying sellers. Refunds were refused, citing the fact that it had already been operated. So before going to the store, think about whether you need such advice and rural service. It seems to be a large network, but the attitude is like in the market.

They sold a bike with a marriage and shoved all the blame on us, supposedly we need to check the bike before sitting on it. The pedal fell off for the 2nd time, the speeds do not work. If only to sell, then also in an unflattering manner they respond to claims: he bought it himself, he is a fool. Bravo. I highly recommend it. No customer focus.
