I brought the labrikenes to the dry cleaning not so much for cleaning, but more so that I would be steamed because I’m at the 9th month of pregnancy and it’s very difficult to iron labrikens. I handed it over at the reception point on red before handing it to me, I was told they will be steamed, to which I received a positive answer. 4 days passed, they called me and said that it was possible to pick up, they arrived and they saw that they were all wrinkled, I could wash at home. I was told all the questions in their head office, which is located in Minsk, they went there, they met us aggressively and shouted that everyone wants to get the ideal back ... but for what excuse you are working, you can just go to the laundry for a hundred rubles to wash a bunch of things and the result will be the same. I passed five items with a total complexity of 3,000 rubles. As a result, the plaid and it didn’t even have a fresh pleasant smell such an impression that they simply rinsed it in ordinary water, dried it and gave it away. Before that I handed over to another dry-cleaner, everything was fine and now I regretted that I handed over to this one. After lengthy negotiations, all the same, the employees decided to take and finish the matter with the labrics, in the end they said to ring in 4 days. Call me they say I couldn’t do anything if you want to wait a bit and you can pick it up tomorrow night, I agreed. As a result, I come back in a day and I hear that my labrikens have left for another point of delivery .... there’s no joy! And for what they went to another point, no one answered me, but I guessed while I was driving to a different address and my expectations were confirmed, everything remained at the same level, the labrics were rumpled. So I took them and did not achieve justice. I do not advise this dry cleaning, and the service is at the lowest level, but I generally am silent about the quality of the work to get things without any visible changes and even without the fresh smell of clean things ...
