I recently handed over a winter jacket there. Cleaned up quickly and well. I am happy with everything.

The last time they damaged accessories on an expensive sheepskin coat. When I handed over the thing, I voiced my fears about the dry cleaning of the turn-down collar, on which there were just fittings, but did not receive a clear answer. In the end, they just put pieces of furniture in their pocket upon return, without even reporting damage. The documents prudently indicate that they are not responsible for the accessories. I would like a more professional approach. I put 2 stars only for a good cleaning of down jackets. It seems that ordinary things from indestructible materials are cleaned well, but I would not advise handling delicate materials.

Once a year, you have to take outer clothing for cleaning. They do well.
