Wish I had read the reviews before handing in the coat. AWESOME ORGANIZATION !!! I DO NOT ADVISE.

I like the clean joy Dry Clean. Great service and quality work is always perfect. Even, not so long ago, I took them for cleaning a carrier for my kitty. Excellent dry cleaning. Washed down jackets from them, did an excellent job. Picked up as new. I decided to give the carpet a clean. There were spots, the carpet itself faded. "Pure joy" coped at the highest level. The carpet was cleaned perfectly! I often use their services and always remain satisfied with their work.

They returned it in a half-finished form, crumpled, not steamed. But the worst thing is that the coat is VILLAGE !!!!!!! The lining at the sleeves and at the bottom of the coat got out! There was an answer to my call: Your thing is of poor quality! Ofigeli ??? !!! The coat is expensive, not China, all the tags and markings are in place. Your job is not to evaluate the quality of a thing, but to qualitatively dry-clean it !!! And return the item in good condition so that it can be used in the future !!!! AND the coat was previously dry-cleaned, but at a different company. No problem. I didn’t even think that the coat could sit down. Disgusting !!!! Do not use the services of this company !!!!!
