At the reception I was met by a boorish grandmother. Business should not have such a disrespectful attitude towards customers in our time. My task is to notify every friend of mine to look for any other dry cleaner except this one. Let this be a wake-up call for the owner. So little by little, because of low standards of service, business is dying.

They wash and clean well. But the ball will come down for the constant queue on Saturday, obviously there is not enough additional employee for reception and delivery.

Dry cleaning with professional workers is certainly a rarity, so we really appreciate this dry cleaning! We live in Moscow ourselves, but in Moscow, in all dry cleaners, in order to reduce costs, instead of qualified personnel, they take less experienced or no experience, the service began to deteriorate, they began to confuse orders and somehow returned with stains, they were tired of conflicts on this basis (they decided to bring outerwear here after winter, and summer after summer, and always clean them with high quality, thank you very much!
