Great quiet place. Very old crypts and graves. The atmosphere is just amazing.

Unfortunately, I was met with complete devastation, and the consequences of vandalism lasting for decades. But still, this place has a special atmosphere, and many beautiful views. I advise you to visit if you are in St. Petersburg, otherwise you risk not having time to see at least the remnants of former greatness.

Despite the failure and destruction, the place was atmospheric and in difficult periods of life led the mind and soul to appeasement. You go from the avenue to the territory of the monastery and immediately as if the surrounding city noise and vanity are turned off. The place is significant, definitely. And the Art Nouveau cathedral is very beautiful, I love the atmosphere there, the beauty of the interior and the acoustics. Light is shed on the soul.
