How disappointed I was not yet from a single taxi. The sister called the car around one in the morning. The driver said drove up. As a result, when the car came out of the guests, it canceled the order. It's late. Tried to call another car, did not call. Due to the fact that they tried to order a new taxi from this company, the phone got down. On the street there is no one, the phone sat down to call. I had to go at night to look for people who would call a taxi. As a result, the whole family was worried because they could not contact their sister, and all because of the fact that some damn trip was canceled !!!!

Таксист приехал ночью в Закамск, встал не у того дома, хотя, охранник тсж сказал куда подъехать, начал хамить, у меня было много сумок, пришлось все носить от дома до машины, таксист помочь не предложил, когда я сказал, что он встал не у нашего дома начал возмущаться, в итоге, отказался везти, поехал с открытыми дверями, одна сумка выпала из машины, я открыла двери, чтобы Охрана на выезде из тсж остановила машину, я очень испугалась, когда он мне сказал, что выкинет меня на трассе. Вышла у охраны тсж и взывала другую машину! Водитель неадекватный, психически больной человек! Не пользуйтесь этим такси! Такси так и не извинилось, цена поездки из санатория алмед до центра города 390 рублей!

Disgusting work of a dispatcher, long-ooooey wait, drivers do not take orders with children. We were late for an important event. The car has not been assigned. Freaks, what else to say! I do not recommend it to anyone !!!

The taxi driver turned out to be a boor and did not know the city. After the phone was lost in the car, the taxi quality service was lucky and gave the taxi driver's number and could not help anything else. The taxi driver said that he would agree on the payment and come when he saw fit. I do not recommend using the services of such a company where such taxi drivers work.

I asked for a check for the trip dated September 17 to be reimbursed at work. The application was simply ignored: they called back to clarify the details and scored. We'll have to contact Rospotrebnadzor.
