I used the service "rent a washing machine", that is, self-service, so the responsibility lies with me. But the washing mode was not included by me, but by the laundry worker. The only thing she asked me is the washing temperature, set 40 °. Everything would be fine, but my backpack literally melted as a result. The melted hole through and through, the rigid back was exhausted. I don’t know what happened. I suspect that the spin mode was very powerful for such a thing. The backpack just burned from friction. In the instructions for using the machine there is no information for such cases, the employees also did not give any recommendations and warnings. Drawing conclusions, I understand that for such things you can not put spin on the most powerful revolutions or completely wash without spin !!! In addition to the backpack in the car, there were two other backpacks (they are in order) and a cover from children. strollers (he also suffered, the plastic that was broken inside). I’m writing a review not to blame the laundry, so that the self-washing service is convenient, but that the customers of this establishment are attentive and themselves set the washing regimes or check that the workers include !!! This is important because the responsibility for damage will rest solely with you. From wishes to improve the laundry: please keep in mind that people rely on the professionalism of the staff when they ask for advice on washing. There should also be more detailed rules for self-washing, so that the client understands what might result. P.s: the staff is polite, I have no complaints. But in my current situation they just shrugged and did not take money for renting a car. But this, of course, is not financially commensurate with the damage received. Be careful!!!
