I decided to leave my review, as our family in Vologda did not have to search for a cleaning company on the Internet for a long time. This company was the first one that caught my eye and the reviews didn’t seem to be bad, I called and agreed. It was required to clean the apartment after moving the previous tenants. 3 bedroom apartment. At the appointed time, a nice girl Lyudmila came to the meeting and inspection of the apartment, to whom I set out all my requirements, including the quality of cleaning. She pointed out all the points and nuance, drew attention to the fact that a one-year-old child in the house and all surfaces on which detergents are to be visited should be thoroughly washed, she also indicated that the floors should also be washed thoroughly, because the whole family (5 people, 3 of which are children) likes to walk barefoot. The first thing that surprised me was that I myself had to open the door to the brigade and at the same time Lyudmila would not be present, well, I think okay, then she will give all the instructions by phone. How wrong I was. The second moment of surprise was when I came to see how the work was going and I was shocked by the fact that in the room in which the cleaning had already been carried out, the cabinet doors and the switch were not washed. When I arrived for the second time, the situation repeated with the 2nd room. When I arrived to take work, I was in akher from the fact that the floors were not washed, the dirt that was washed off all day from all surfaces was simply spread on the floor. I was assured that it is not laundered. And every day for the past week that we live in this apartment, I find more and more jambs of this cleaning. I washed all the cabinets in the kitchen, the apron, the oven, because the detergents were not washed away from them. I washed floors 13 times in order to achieve the result that should be. I generally believe that in any business there should be discipline, if people work in the company are not responsible for what they do, they should not work there. I would come to my character 100 times and check how the work process is going on and this is not because this is my apartment, but because there must be order in any business. There is only one result, I’m not satisfied with the result, I won’t contact here anymore.

Very disappointed that they used the services of this laundry. Wash the blanket and a couple of things. 2 things are simpler, and the blanket is expensive (about 10,000 rubles) and requires an extremely delicate wash, which we immediately informed the laundry worker in advance. Previously, we had already washed it several times in a household 7-pound typewriter, on an extremely delicate program, with minimal revolutions, and everything was fine with us and the blanket was always intact. Rented 2 cars. Since different regimes are needed for different fabrics, and we don’t know the modes of their typewriter, we asked the worker to help with the choice of programs. The worker, with the words "let's go faster, we have no time," quickly chose the right program, in her opinion. We poured the powder, how much was written, and the wash began. Further, nothing foreshadowed problems, except for our surprise at how quickly the drum turns during the spin cycle (I don’t know how many turns, but obviously more intensely than the mode in which we wash such things at home). We had a relatively quiet time, waited until the end of the wash. At the end of the upload, when it was already possible, I tried to open the machine, but it did not open. Worker, with the words "what are you, never opened the tap ???" (although I was just trying to open it), I opened the handle of the typewriter, as far as I could see, in the direction opposite to the opening of the crane. Unloaded things, looked, like ok (as we first thought). Then I was still surprised that the blanket was VERY DRY (seemingly, what's wrong?), After home washing, it was usually MUCHLY more wet and then dried naturally. Let's go home, where they immediately hung everything up exactly in the yard, for natural drying. Things dried out on the street pretty quickly. And then it began. Things simpler all uneasy, endured. And the blanket, which had always been soft and fluffy before, went with pellets, began to shed intensely, the entire floor was in wool. The plaid began to remind, rather, a hall mat (sorry, I don’t know how to load the photo before and after). The result: a rug worth about 10 thousand rubles is seriously damaged. Never again in "Carlson" do not go and do not recommend to others. P.S. Some write about "very polite staff." I do not know, we did not like it. Formal politeness and the feeling that they talk like stupid ones and spend their precious time on us (although, in theory, the task of the laundry is to save people time).
