AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I recently hired two cars from Yelo. The hire went well the cars were ok, due to me hiring the cars on another countries driving licence I was told to pay a deposit of 2000 Riyal cash each time. I was also told that after three weeks I could collect the deposit from the hire desk. I have contacted Yelo directly via phone and live chat but I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned 9 weeks after the first car was returned. Apparently a complaint has been lodged but I have not heard back from Yelo via email for phone at all. This is not a company you want to be dealing with, I am terribly disappointed with the way I have been treated and fear others may be caught out too. I have raised this issue with the Ministry of Commerce and hopefully I will hear back from them soon.
