Very pathetic service, they were supposed to deliver my shipment to home address, instead they sent me a message stating that the shipment will be returned to the sender if not picked up within 5 days. I am going to complain against DHL Bisha to the concerned department.

It is true that their prices are a little high but they are the best shipping company ever for an experience. I bought a mobile phone from a village in China, not the capital. It arrived in 5 days. The period was marked by a weekend break, a collection and one satellite, but within five days I received the phone in Bisha
