Audi is one of my favourite brand since long time, and I’ve been in many Audi car center all over the world. This time Khobar Audi saloon to buy a car... nobody took care of us... we’ve been there more than 30 minutes waiting for someone... nobody interested to assist us. Tried again after few days .... same. No customers but we’ve been totally ignored by sellers... Most probably they are not interested in selling cars. I’ve definitely left and went to another brand...

Over all the cars amazing but the dealership is very bad (SAMACO) they don’t know how to treat the customers They should go back and learn 101 Not from college No NO because going to be too advanced for them they should go to elementary school, specially the body shop they are very rude my car has an accident and I spent 60k riyal On my car to fix it During the coronavirus lockdown they say we cannot do the waxing for your car now Keep in mind I fully painted The front of the car so I understand the situation and being the nice guy so I say okay I’ll bring it later and the past two months it’s lockdown and the body shop is close during the lockdown so today I decided to take my car to the dealership Again so they can wax it But they say Your painting of your car is eroded I totally shocked I say how come ??!! they say if you want to fix it you have to pay more money this is not our fault, I said it’s just 60 days since I got it from you And I say I want to see the managers and also the managers say the same things I will take my case to the Higher level in the company or even though to the courts and I will follow up with my claim against them I totally not recommending to buy any car from them because the service is very bad., And I will keep you posted with my claim for any updates.
