The interior is nice and relatively modern. Shop is clean and necessary Covid measures are in place. Cars selection on display is satisfactory. The main issue is unfriendly and unsupportive staff with very limited knowledge of English. You really need to scream.for help and even then the processes are not clear. I would suggest to work on client servce and professionalism of the staff - they cannot communicate repevant infoation, including technical details! How they are planning to sale a car if they are not even familliar wuth its basic specs?

Purchased a new KIA Cerato hatch back last month. The relationship officer dealing with me was very forthcoming in offering all possible info and help. Completed all the paperwork quickly so I didn’t have to spend more time just sitting at a public place during COVID-19. Handing over of the car was also hassle free. Full marks to KIA Al jabr. Thanx a lot.
