Very good location There is an experienced trainer with helpful information There is a swimming pool, a steam bath and a football pitch It is the only center in the region and has its own cup Swimming helps three times a week for half an hour to burn 900 calories, which in turn reduces the chances of diabetes by 10%. Muscle flexibility is greatly increased by the use of almost all muscles of the body at the same time, and swimming is one of the exercises through which to elongate.
