Very good service. The guy at the desk was helpful and spoke English which was good for me as I don't speak much Arabic. He answered all my questions and I got what I needed. All in all, a positive experience

Good but a bit expensive. I suggest during this pandamic situation they should come with offers or some reduced price so that customers dont feel burdened.

If you have renault car you will be not able to get service from out side, even if you need to change oil , you can get from only renault service center and their service centers are always crowded,timing is very odd, they work sat to wed only up to 5:00pm and on thursday only up to 1 pm, friday is off, so if you are working somewhere you need to get off from you office only for car service, its really hectic.

Spair parts are very expansive better avoid this brand , DUSTER 2013 AC cooling coil (thallaja ) cost is above 4000 SAR , just for AC repair we neet pay 6000 sar, 3 times the toyota fortuner
