Very flexible in check in and check out time. Prompt reply from room service. Breakfast was upto the mark. Cleanliness of room should be improved a bit. Friendly staff. Overall a very good experience. I am staying here second time.

The hotel doesn't have any parking, you literally suffer to park your car, their restaurant is quite expensive compared to the quality of the food they serve. Rooms need some maintenance. No proper noise isolating walls you keep hearing the TV of the next room. Piece of advice, don't book there if you don't have to.

This was one of the best hotels in makkah excellent staff, the room was superb very comfortable with haram view. Surprisingly the restaurant food was really good and cheap we took breakfast and dinner too both was excellent and the quantity was really good. The staff was really good, location is excellent just 2 minutes walk from haram. Its a kids Friendly place. I cant wait to visit again
