Hotel is good but lifts are insufficient you have to wait in line. You need 10 to 15 minutes on walking distance from Haram. Location is ideal on the part of pakistani restaurants and Grocery.

I was stayed here in Aug. 2016 during performing my Hajj. Services, location and facilities are up to the mark. I will prefer to stay here again
that was great time to live there at the occation of hajj in 2017
2 star hotel at most . Room basic and no hot water available in bathroom for shower.
No beverage amenities despite there being a kettle in the room. Also, when we made the reservation, it was clearly stated that breakfast is included (which we had paid for via our booking). When visiting the restaurant for breakfast we were refused entry and told to speak to reception. The team at reception said that breakfast isn't covered despite me showing them a printed copy of booking confirmation which clearly stated breakfast is included and paid for.
