Poor management. I made an appointment at 5pm and I didn’t get into the appointment until 630pm. I was told it was because the only woman who knows how todo shellac nails is busy until them. I asked why they didn’t call me to move my appointment, they had no answer. I asked why the woman was given a client at the time I was supposed to have my nails done, and the answer was they don’t make appointments at night; even though they booked me to get my nails done. Very horrible bookings and won’t be recommending any of my friends to come here. Also they have no English on their app and they refused to give me a number to call to which I could make an appointment. Unfortunately the large amount of money I spend on beauty care will be going elsewhere.
The nail artist was lovely though, which is why I give 1 more star.
The waiting time takes forever.
