This hotel that we go for the first time. First time, we go to overseas like Medina from Saudi Arabia but the place is still cola and clear skies. And the cashier is so kind because I tell them about wifi password. They're so kind and they can speak Malay too; how kind he is. I think this services is good because the room is too comfortable for us to sleep for in 5 days.
They insisted on cash when we arrived, and never gave a receipt despite asking for one, they said they would give it the next day as the office was locked. When I arrived back home, my bank card was also charged and they refused to reverse the charge.
The hotel itself is in a bad state, lifts do not work. Bed is uncomfortable. The only thing good is it is close to haram
The only good thing about this hotel is it is near to the Masjid, Gate 25. But there are others that are close too.
other than that, this hotel is a nightmare. truthfully I would not recommend it at all.
Lift need to hupgrade...more bigger or add 2 more lift for wheel chair.
Except the location nothing is good here
