Good office
Bad service, slowly workers, I wish I never come here again.
Waste of time.
I would recommend to pay 30 SAR and receive your package at home.
If I can give a 0 star, I will.
If anything in negative star was the option then I would have used that one. They have issued ticket more than 200 and serve only 25 customers in 7 hours shift. They should increase number of employees or upgrade system so that it becomes a little fast.
Worst service on the planet I gotta say. Their working hours are 6hrs a day, 5 days a week. And you gotta come between 8 and 9am to get the number otherwise come tomorrow. I came here 5 days in a row. They serve an average of 20 customers per day!! And your ticket is not valid for next day.
Domestic shipping took two weeks for God's sake!
What a waste of time dealing with them,all of the workers are boomers except the security guard he is a doomer he is cool dude though.
To pick your order requir high chance of luck otherwise you will wait from 8 to 2 just to pick 1 order lol.
