Staff without experience
Picked up my shipment and it was a better experience than 90% of their branches.
Never they treat you like a customer ......
They treat you like they are giving you a favor by just doing there job.
Above all most uncourteous ,ill mannered and arrogant security gards standing at the doors .....
Saudi Post teller is very accommodated and polite especially the Saudi guy who entertain me he is very professional and approachable he knows how to deals with people even not his same nationality he’s treatment is fair good job sir I don’t know your name but from the bottom of my heart I SALUTE ALL OF YOU for great job you give to your client. And thank you for being kind and patient..
