I would like to thanks and appreciate Mr abdulaziz ,abdullah and their manager in maintenance department for helpful and care about customer in my tow times deal with them .
4 stars only as the “alternative car’s office” will not give you a car easily
Unfortunately my car was kept there as planned(from dealership) for at least 4 months to bring the part that needed to fix the car !
The worst car service ever. I don’t know why we spend all that money for cars you can’t even perform a decent maintenance on it. Starting from the rude security guard at the gate, and passing with the front desk lady that cares about eating more than helping customers, to the end of the maintenance engineer that I showed him the problem and still arguing about you can operate the car without fixing the problem. Like customer is always right is something we see on movies. We have customers are always wrong and we have to make them pay more and without any questions. Like you pay so much for them to fix your car and if you don’t have to pay because the car is under warranty you have to wait and spend so much time and on top of that they treat you in a bad way.......
This time I’d increase a star due to the exceptional customer care given by Ameera. She went above and beyond to understand my problems and called proper technicians from the garage to understand. Sadly the part that needs to be changed is not available in stock, I’d have to go again.
If there’s less than a star I will not give them poor customer service. Slow , and poor staff there damaging the brand plus they don’t give good quality replacement. There’s more but I will stop here. 👎🏻
