They dont recognize the phone. Fast service is supposed to be called slow service. Changing your oil takes from 2-4 hours sometimes 6.
2 days ago I took my car for servicing and upon receiving my vehicle they didn’t give me an invoice after I paid the amount. The excuse was that the printer is out of service! BMW takes a lot of money from people, yet are having a hard time printing documents for customers? I’ve witnessed how customer service has fallen at the service center over the past few years. BMW servicing need to step up their game or they’ll lose customers.
Slowest service you can ever imagine, it took me an hour to meet a representative although I have only 2 customers ahead
One of the two representative left the office and refuse to serve me saying I had to go !
