Though it's expensive when it comes to spare parts, I'm confidence that it is high quality and they did a good job on maintaining my car in good condition.

liars and mediocre customer service. I bet this level of service can be availed in every village the world over. give them your money and they are very nice . if they break something they immediately start pointing finger's and don't mind telling lies to avoid paying or repairing their faults.( time travelling Toyota employees also) so I went to get my corollas air bags changed due to faulty airbags being fitted in to the car. ministry of transport instructed. the workshop on medina road in medina al munwara beside sec company broke the central console while changing the airbags. the center console is very delicate plastic and it usually breaks if it is ever tempered with, hence common occurrence in changing airbags in dashboard . the console wasn't available in the main branch so the company told me that they will order it from jeddah and call me and they wrote the details of the incident on the repair bill. i however never got a call from them and lost the paper. however after 2 years i found the original paper and went to the same place that was responsible in breaking the consol.. the workshop manager plainly denied that the console can ever be broken while changing airbags and the paper I had had no stamp. ( pointing fingers and offloading blame) . it is common sense that I couldn't ever know their office procedure of getting stamp on repair bill , however i was to blame for this mistake. it didn't matter if the paper was the original or not.( very smart of them) so I went home and read the terms and conditions at the back of the repair bill and found out that there was no mention of time bar for getting my console changed, hence the blame of no stamp on repair bill was also put on me . i called customer care. you wouldn't believe me when i tell you that a multi billion dollar company has paid customer service number.(even fruit sellers have toll free numbers now a days). and believe it or not , they usually side with their own employees. after 2 weeks and numerous minutes with customer service I was informed that the workshop manager had indeed replaced the part they broke and the complaint timeframe was 6 months only. I told the customer service employee that the workshop manager was lying and he didn't have any proof of repair, meanwhile I had proof that they didn't repair the console. long story short the call center sided with their staff and said my proof was worthless in front of their workshop managers word of mouth. apparently this workshop manager wasn't even working in that place when this accident occurred. however he was very sure that at that time my console was replaced.( time travelling has become a thing with Toyota employees) . I shamed the call center agent , telling him they are siding with a liar who doesn't have proof and the call center is refusing me to present my proof. IN short I have already paid for the console. sar 560 which abdul latif jamil broke and I had to replace. lesson 1- learnt that customer service is always good till the money is flowing out of your pocket. lesson 2- even multi billion dollar companies lie for small amounts of money l have tried to be honest in my review, however there is possibility of biased review as it is more of griping then a review. I did however present all the facts and points as they happened. to Toyota keep it up . so never try to find out where my original console went and who commandeered it without replacing it. such lapse in accountability will surely make your company best in the world.
