I have been to many Gold’s Gym around the globe from United States to Japan. I used to be a Member in Japan golds gym over 5 years and currently in Jeddah. This branch used to be very good when it started. Staff were very professional much organized and much cleaner facilities than these days. A lot of equipments require service and need a change. You can’t keep equipments for this long time without maintenance. If a staff listen to you never consider what you say. So, don’t bother yourself to complain. When I was back in Japan, they were maintaining everything and keep things working as it should and organized . People in here throw weights in anywhere and dumbbells are not organized in order. You just search for it among other weights. There should be cooperation from Members but it seems no body cares. I hope they improve their selves and show more awareness. The building is nice and big and should also represents its name.

Needs improvement in so many service areas such as washroom but as a gym its not bad has all the equipments to built a perfect body

Old need too much work to be better I mean thay charge 4000 SR a year and look like a 200 sr a year gym some equipment are broken for months Need better equipment and new locker room better bathrooms better parking If i was in charge i will turn this place to professional and awesome place If i can get my money back i will

The best feature of this gym is 24/7. Comparing with other gold’s gym branches in other countries, it needs more developments like purchasing new equipment, speedup the maintenance process in addition to developing new crossfit area.
