Good hotel. They have good services and decent prices as compared to the level of amenities. The sea view from some rooms is good and specially from the Gardenia Restaurant. The outdoor sitting area of the restaurant is awesome with nice sea view.
The building however lacks some qualities like a good elevator. They have 2 elevators but those are very old and basic model elevators which are sometimes not enough to serve both staff and customers.
They need to improve their cleanliness in some areas specially their carpets need thorough cleaning. Probably the cleaning staff isn't cleaning it properly and dust is accumulated.
The breakfast also needs to include some more options and they should change their items on a day to day basis.
It is a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure.
Staff is very professional, polite ,friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need.
The bed is ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep.
Free WiFi works perfectly. I will recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips.
I visited the hotel the 1st time coming from the USA with a business associate, Ms. Bashaer worked with us immediately, she was very knowledgeable with strong sales skills and answered all my questions and chose very nice rooms to show, then she explained all of the nice things about the hotel with making a good offer for my stay that I expected to extend more than one week. Definitely I was sold out and accepted. I am happy with my stay, and dealing with all of the employees was great. I would like to extend my thanks to Ms. Bashaer and recommend this hotel to everyone.
The staff at this hotel are all great!! They all go above and beyond to make your stay confortable. Please give your staff awards. The service was exceptional. Would definitely send a friend there.
Nice staff and good english speaking front desk. Steam bath,pool and sauna is good. The view at the restaurant is very good. But during our stay, breakfast buffet is same since day 1 up to day 5 of our stay.
