I enjoyed staying in hotel, & restaurent was great.
It’s a nice place to hangout with family .... kids will love this place for sure ..... the pool, kids play area... basket ball 🏀 court, volleyball 🏐 court was amazing .... and the view from the hotel was also amazing .... Room was very clean and extraordinary
The only problem I had is the restaurant staff (elements) were not professional .... it seems they r rude with customer... not all only one person has made problem with most of them
Apart from that restaurant issue .... stay was amazing there ... enjoyed a lot .... value of money 💰
We came in a weekend so it was a bit crowded. Gym is excellent. Pool is nice but was almost full, women are allowed to swim.
Breakfast was very good. Staff are friendly. Regular rooms are a bit small so we upgraded to a suite which was much better, has its own patio with a view over the whole village. Would recommend it for families with kids
I stayed here for over a month and was very impressed. The grounds and rooms are all impeccably clean and modern and all of the staff are incredibly professional and friendly.
There is a mini-shopette and a barber shop on the property and the available laundry service typically offers same-day turn-around. Weekends get a bit busy so it may take a bit longer on Thursday or Friday.
Room service is available 24 hours a day and there is an expansive list from the 2 restaurants on site. Whether you want just a light snack, or a full meal, they've got you covered with most popular dishes.
The staff is all extremely courteous and professional and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The hotel and villas are enclosed within a self contained secure compound that includes 24/7 security staff that conduct ID and vehicle checks upon arrival.
10/10 would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
It was good hotel with nice staff except the reception staff in the afternoon, I ask for hair dryer it came after. That disappointed me..
I have wrote some comments on a paper, hope it will reach the hotel administration.
