I'm extremely disappointed with the whole experience. The guy at the reception asked me to cancel the booking from booking.com so that he could give me a discount. I did the mistake of cancelling it. I had booked for my children as well and on the website they lied that there are sofa beds for children but infact they made me pay for two extra beds. Breakfast was included in the price but when I went there , there was nothing there. Other guests were also left shocked by the behaviour of the staff there who just told everyone that there is nothing left for breakfast. The experience was so bad that I did not go for breakfast for the rest of my stay. The room service was very poor. After 8 pm there is no one to clean the rooms. Overall, I strongly advise you to not book here and if you do please book through a booking website so that you could cancel it if things are not what you expected.

Very poor service. Breakfast was included in the price but there was nothing when we went there. It was quite humiliating.

I have a wonderful time with family and two kids in Remaz hotel during my visit to Jubail. I booked a studio room. there was one bed and the cooperative staff provides me an extra small bed for kids (free, although the extra bed price was 30 SAR). I like the Cooperative staff, they were fluent in speaking English, a nice buffet breakfast. Neat and clean room. I also like there Check-in time (anytime in the morning) and checkout was 3pm. I recommend this to other travelers.
